Using Your Own Printer
If you would like GRAFX DEZYNS to use a printer of your choosing for the production of your project, please be sure to ask your printer a few important questions;
The list of questions below are usually referred to as "printer specs" (specifications).
Which format should I use to submit digital files? (I.e., JPG, PDF, GIF, TIFF, PSD, RAW)
Which color profile should digital files be - CMYK or RGB format (or other)?
What are the printer's methods for accepting digital files? (CD-R via express delivery, US Mail, or digital upload via printer's website FTP).
Are there separate cutting fees?
What are the border measurements for a "full bleed" project? (Usually this measurement is 1/8th inch. This measurement varies from printer to printer. Be sure to ask.
